Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Orders placed after 3:00 PM IST or on holidays will be processed the next business day.

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applied by their country. Banyan Roots is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
🔁 Returns & Exchange Policy
Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
Product must be unused, in original condition, and include all tags, packaging, and accessories.
Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Photos of the product and packaging
We will arrange a free return or replacement.
How to Return

Follow the return instructions we provide.
Ship the item back within 3 days of approval.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
You will receive a notification email once the refund is complete.
Exchanges
For size or color exchanges, contact us first at support@banyanroots.sirican.com.
Send back the original item after approval, and we will ship the replacement.
